The third generation of the mobile phone service (UMTS) is expected to start from 2002 in Europe. The technical solution of this new service is equivalent to IMT-2000 in Japan. We are now introducing several kinds of Japanese equipment for BTS(Base Transceiver Station) of UMTS service to Europe, and those of European equipment for BTS of IMT-2000 to Europe as well. Clean renewable energy is one of the key issues in Europe and it is supported by government program in several countries. We have started the import business of photovoltaic solar module from Japan at the beginning of 2001 and have been successfully expanding this business since then.  The main business activity is to export European machinery and electrical equipment and transfer European technology by licensing to the Japanese market with well skilled experience. We are also providing our resources in new fields such as IT technology, nanotechnology, display technology, mobile phones, clean energy, environmental technology etc. including the import business to Europe.
